It manages every aspect of our brand worldwide, from corporate advertising campaigns, events and sponsorships to umbrella marketing messages, research, product naming, graphic standards, and publication systems. Position Summary:
The Wealth Management Field Marketing team is broadly responsible for marketing, branding and strategic communications to support the Field, our 16,000 Financial Advisors and 7,000 support staff members across 600 U.S. branch offices in their marketing and business development strategies, as well as our clients. The Assistant Vice President or Vice President for Field Marketing will provide project and marketing support for Morgan Stanley’s Cybersecurity, Field Services and Diversity and Inclusion programs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing on web, print, social and video communications to drive awareness and engagement to help advisors win and retain client relationships.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with various business units to craft messaging and develop strategic marketing content
-Create marketing assets including written communications, social media campaigns, blog content, videos, scripts, and other digital content
-Implement communications plans and promotional calendars ensuring that key messages are distributed consistently
-Source and analyze metrics to quantify and evaluate project performance, propose changes to marketing strategy as needed
-Manage asset development with creative team or external vendors to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
-Responsible for updating and maintaining marketing collateral to ensure materials are in compliance and up to date
– Develop, track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign impact
-Assist with strategy presentations for senior leadership meetings

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills Required:
-B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing or Communications a plus
-5-7 years of marketing, communications, and writing experience, preferably within financial services
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain buy in across multiple disciplines and drive execution
-Foster collaborative relationships across functional teams
-Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
-Ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills including the building of Power Point presentation decks-Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
-Experience with HTML or willingness to learn
-Familiarity with email marketing, direct mail and/or direct response marketing campaigns
-Prior video production experience a plus
