Lists of the designated blocks and a schedule for their inspection will be published on the electronic pages of the regional agricultural directorates.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food launched the specialized field inspections on physical blocks. Through them, the data in the Agricultural Parcel Identification System (APIP) will be updated for the 2024 campaign. The aim is to define and update the boundaries of the physical blocks, as well as their way of permanent use.
According to the order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food, Dr. Georgi Tahov, the Regional Directorates (OD) “Agriculture” organize the inspections. They can also be conducted without the presence of the farmers, when no contact has been made with him or when, despite being informed, he is not present during the scheduled inspection.
The lists of physical blocks specified for inspection, the indicative schedules for inspection, as well as any other information relevant to the conduct of the field inspections, will be published on the websites of the relevant OD “Agriculture”, as well as on the information boards in the OD “Agriculture” and all municipal agricultural offices in the district.

Inspections of the physical blocks are expected to be completed by October 11, 2024. The results of the collected data will be used to determine the boundaries and manner of sustainable use of the physical blocks for the 2024 campaign, including the presence of landscape elements.
