In order to enforce the provisions of the rules to ensure the containment of Covid-19 contagion, the carabinieri of the Compagnia di Fidenza, during a patrol service verified that in a gym, attributable to an amateur sports association, whose legal representative is a 35 years old from the city, training was taking place. The control made it possible to ascertain in addition to the presence of customers, the absolute non-compliance with the permits to open the premises to the public and the lack of notification of the start of activities to the competent bodies. The owner was fined 400 euros and immediately suspended the activity for five days.
