After going viral and appearing ‘back and forth’ on social media, Fiat Topolino electric car finally officially sold in Italy. Interestingly, despite its status as a European product, this small vehicle is priced quite affordable.
Obtained from Carscoops, Wednesday (19/9), the Fiat Topolino is sold starting at 7,544 euros or around IDR 120 million for the closed variant. The electric car, whose presence has been eagerly awaited for the last few months, has already ordered 10 thousand units.
The price set by the manufacturer for the Fiat Topolino includes local government subsidies. Apart from being purchased in cash, these non-emission vehicles can be credited for up to 48 months. Meanwhile, initial deliveries will only start early next year.

Fiat Topolino has the status of a global product. So, after launching in Italy, the car, which is a twin of the Citroen Ami and Opel Rocks Electric, will also be marketed in other European countries.
It is known that in Italian, ‘Topolino’ means little mouse. This name is worthy of being given to a vehicle that only has dimensions of 2,535 mm in length and 1,530 mm in height.
The name Topolino has actually been used for a long time for the first edition of the Fiat 500 model. Then this name was used for subsequent models launched, until now in the form of an electric car. Even though it is modern, the classic impression is still maintained.

Just like the Citroen Ami, the Topolino EV is available in two different variants, namely with doors and without doors. Especially for the doorless variant, the manufacturer has added an accessory in the form of a strap that can be easily removed and installed.
As for design, the Topolino EV is almost identical to the Citroen Ami, from its dimensions to the curves of its body. However, the manufacturer gave it another touch through perfectly rounded lights, additional accents around the bumper, and uniquely styled rims.

The Topolino EV uses the same battery as the Citroen Ami, namely a capacity of 5.5 kWh with a range of 75 kilometers for four hours of charging. Meanwhile, the electric motor is capable of producing 8 hp of power with a maximum speed of 45 km/hour.
Then the features are also the same, namely cabin cooling, Bluetooth speakers, USB socket, bottle holder, and several other standard features.
