Fiat is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Panda with the introduction of a rejuvenated version of the New Panda, which should be more environmentally friendly, more technological and also more fun. The New Panda should be available in the existing Panda, City Life, City Cross and Cross equipment, but a new feature will be the just introduced Panda Sport.
The current versions of the Panda should be upgraded with, for example, modified bumpers, modified sill extensions, new interior and exterior color combinations, new materials (including recycled seat upholstery or recycled dashboard wood) and an expanded range of alloy wheels.

From a technological point of view, it will please the next-generation multimedia system, which will offer a 7 “touch screen, DAB reception and connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The biggest attraction, however, is the new New Panda Sport, which should expand the range of Fiat sports models. The stylish novelty should appeal especially to younger customers who want to attract attention, for example, with 16 “cast discs in a two-color design or mirror covers and handles in the body color.
At the same time, New Panda Sport also offers an exclusive matt gray lacquer and the possibility of painting the roof in black. In this case, the handles and mirror covers can be painted glossy black. The icing on the cake are the chrome Sport logos on the front fenders and the trunk lid.

The modernized cabin is particularly interesting for the dashboard with the new infotainment, which is painted in titanium paint. The ceiling is upholstered in black, the seats are dark gray and the door panels have been upholstered in eco-leather.
Of interest will be the Pandemonio package, which refers to the sporty Fiat Panda 100HP from 2006. As part of this package, customers will receive darkened windows, red brake calipers or a leather-upholstered steering wheel with contrasting red leather stitching.
Unlike the Fiat 100HP, however, the new New Panda Sport will not offer a more interesting engine. Under the hood is stored a 1.0 liter hybrid three-cylinder FireFly, which will offer the highest output of 51.5 kW (approximately 70 hp). The new six-speed manual transmission then takes care of the transmission of power to the wheels. This powertrain is available across the entire New Panda range.

In addition, Fiat reminds in a press release that the New Panda is the only small city car on the market to offer hybrid propulsion, petrol propulsion for 4×4 cars and LPG and CNG propulsion. In addition, CNG propulsion should now be available for the Cross and City Cross models.
A recently introduced Fiat Panda specialty is the Mopar D-Fence pack, which should improve the air quality in the cabin. This is achieved with the help of a special set, which consists of a special cabin filter, air purifier and UV lamp.
