The FH Technikum Wien takes first place in the INDUSTRIEMAGAZIN technical college ranking, which has now been conducted for 25 years. With an image value of 2.15, the educational institution was able to clearly win ahead of its competitors FH Wien der WKW and FH Campus Wien. The study location is also well ahead in the awareness category, in second place after the largest domestic university of applied sciences provider, the FH Campus Vienna.
“Austria’s best university of applied sciences – this result is all the more pleasing because it arose from a survey of companies. It shows how much our alumni are valued,” says Barbara Czak-Pobeheim, Managing Director of the FH Technikum Wien. “We are at the forefront of expanding the university sector and are taking many new steps towards growth and further professionalization. First place is a nice interim result for us,” adds Florian Eckkrammer, second managing director and head of Department Computer Science at the FH Technikum Wien.
INDUSTRIEMAGAZIN has been examining the technical college market for over 25 years, and the FH ranking serves as a valuable guide for prospective students, companies and educational institutions. In collaboration with the brand analysis company Brandscore, 150 HR managers and managing directors of Austrian companies were surveyed online this year. Participation took place using a token after prior telephone contact to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the survey results. You can find all the results of the survey here.
