With expert evidence, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) confirmed that the rector of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa, Héctor Melesio Cuén Ojeda, was murdered in the same place where the leader of the Sinaloa cartel, Ismael, was found. May Zambada and from which he was kidnapped by Joaquín Guzmán López.
In addition, he identified that the blood prints found in the van that was used for “the setup” that indicated that the former rector was murdered aboard that vehicle at a gas station correspond, in reality, to Rodolfo Chaidez Mendoza, who is currently missing. and that he is a member of the security team of May Zambada.
“On a farm located in Huertos del Pedregal, Culiacán, (Sinaloa) blood evidence was found that has been determined with complete precision by the federal expert units, which correspond to the former rector of the Autonomous University of Sinaloa; which confirms the information previously obtained, that said person was at the place of kidnapping and that his blood prints correspond to the time in which the Public Ministry of the Federation has established the moment of his homicide, which occurred many hours before the video of a gas station broadcast locally, which has already been disqualified by the FGR itself,” the Prosecutor’s Office reported in a statement this Sunday.
The FGR directed by Alejandro Gertz Manero also indicated that it obtained a clear and precise video of what was confessed by Melesio Cuén’s driver, in which he denied what he himself had previously declared before local authorities, regarding various moments of the disappearance and death. of the aforementioned doctor.
“All of the above ratifies the ministerial and police investigations that determined the alleged criminal and administrative responsibilities of the police, public ministries, experts and various personnel of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sinaloa, who have already been exhaustively investigated regarding their participation in the case. of the death of Héctor ‘N’,” he reported.
The new tests, he noted, are the work of a joint team of the FGR, and the federal Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, with the support of the National Guard, the Army and the Navy of Mexico.
Judge refuses to hear case
The FGR also denounced that a federal judge based in Culiacán refused to hear the case that was initiated against Guzmán López, son of capo Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán, in which he is accused of treason for the alleged kidnapping of May Zambada and his surrender to the US authorities.
“Given that there is a situation of rejection by a federal judge in Culiacán, to know and determine the arrest of those responsible, the Public Ministry of the Federation will present in the coming days, before an alternative judge, all the evidence and procedures that “They are appropriate,” said the FGR.
