FGR agrees with ‘Mayo’ Zambada? Alleges irregularities in video of Héctor Cuén’s murder – El Financiero

After the Sinaloa Prosecutor’s Office released a video showing the alleged attack that led to the death of elected deputy Héctor Melesio Cuén Ojeda, at a gas station in Culiacán, Sinaloa, the Attorney General’s Office issued a statement reporting various inconsistencies.

The FGR reported that it obtained an authenticated copy of the local investigation file of Sinaloa, information that was analyzed by experts and analysts of the AIC-FGR, who determined the following elements:

The first result was that the autopsy did not correctly establish the immediate cadaveric signs such as temperature, thanatological signs, lividity, nor the correct description and evolution of the body.

Hector Melesio’s body also had a severe hematoma on the head, while he had been shot four times in the legs.

That is why, the FGR points out, The four bullet wounds in the lower extremities do not match what is heard in the video presented by the authorities of Sinaloa, since only one shot was heard in it.

Another inconsistency that the FGR points out is that The three gas station employees did not report hearing any gunshots. and that, furthermore, the physiognomy of the occupants of the van is not precisely identified.

Furthermore, there is no mechanics of the events, the scene of the events and the vehicle were not criminally processed; meanwhile, in the bed of the truck there were stains of human blood but there are no expert reports or determinations in this regard.

The FGR indicated that the measures for preserving the body were not complied with by all the authorities involved, allowing for cremation, which is contrary to the protocols that must be carried out when it comes to a homicide investigation.
