Fezolinetant Reduces Menopausal Hot Flashes, Study Suggests

A randomized phase 3 study of 527 women with menopausal hot flashes suggests that fezolinetant can significantly reduce the intensity of the symptoms. This makes this neurokinin-3 receptor (NK3R) antagonist possibly a good option for women for whom hormone replacement treatment is not desirable, researchers say. The Lancet.
