On the eve of the Conference League final, Feyenoord fans in Tirana provided a party and fun, but also a confrontation with the police. Three officers were taken to a hospital with injuries, sources confirm to the NOS. An Albanian civilian was also injured.
Feyenoord supporters have been gathering in the center of the Albanian capital since the afternoon. In the street people celebrated, sang and drank, often in a relaxed atmosphere. “I’ve never experienced Tirana like this,” tweeted a close associate of the mayor.
