UTRECHT (ANP) – The number of passed mortgages for owner-occupied homes fell slightly in May compared to the same month a year earlier. But the total amount involved was almost the same. According to Mortgage Data Network (HDN), which published the figures, this indicates that the average mortgage amount has increased.
