BThe volunteer fire brigade in Kirchschlag offered excellent hospitality and lots of music at their three-day festival.
The Heurigen operation on Friday was initiated by a subsection exercise by the Kirchschlag, Martinsberg and Gutenbrunn fire brigades. The mayors of the three communities, Christina Martin, Friedrich Fürst and Adelheid Ebner, also did the honors. In addition to commander Franz Walter and deputy Andreas Kindermann-Zeilinger, section commander Franz Xaver Steininger, his deputy Elmar Ruth and subsection commander Harald Weidenauer were also present.
On Saturday the Wald4tler Haltergrab’n Buam played. There was an oldie disco on both days. The music band Kirchschlag-Scheib under the direction of Kapellmeister Christian Redl organized the morning pint on Sunday. In addition to the various small dishes, sur roasts and dumplings were served. Various bars rounded off the wide range.
