For visitors there is either a mask requirement, for example at the Christmas markets in front of the Red City Hall and at the Memorial Church. Or the 2G rule applies, so visitors must be vaccinated or recovered, for example on the Gendarmenmarkt and in the Spandau Citadel. Vaccination or health records are checked at the entrances. Some Christmas markets have been canceled, including the popular markets in front of Charlottenburg Palace and in Rixdorf in Neukölln. The other organizers hope that the corona rules will not be tightened any further. In the past year, all Christmas markets were canceled at short notice due to the corona pandemic. © dpa-infocom, dpa: 211121-99-88204 / 2 – – .
