The company AGM Sports Inc, which organizes the National Team matches, issued a statement informing that it is filing a claim with the FIFA Disciplinary Commission and a lawsuit with the Court of Arbitration for Sports, in protest of the duel between El Salvador and Bonaire.
The company assures that it has a priority contract with Fesfut for the organization of nine matches for the national team, in the period of two years (2023-2024), but that this has been violated by the Federation and this has caused them caused economic losses.
AGM assures that it made “a significant disbursement in favor of Fesfut, covering a large number of matches in advance of Fesfut”, duels that were going to be agreed on FIFA dates and on others that were not windows endorsed by the International.
He also points out that one of the ways in which the contract has been breached is that he has transferred the organization of matches to the first division, which would imply, according to what they say, that the highest category of football in El Salvador gives priority to their own games for the transfer of players.
