An average growth of 70 percent compared to the same period in 2020

CAGLIARI. With summer just around the corner, there is a boom in bookings on Moby, Tirrenia and Toremar ferries which record an average growth of 70% compared to last year’s data on routes to Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily and Tuscany, including the smaller islands. According to the Onorato Group, some factors also contribute to the result, “from the rapid progression of the vaccination campaign to absolute safety on board the ships of Moby, Tirrenia and Toremar with the re-proposal and implementation of some measures, starting from the figure of the care manager, and the sanitization of the cabins and all the common areas with the added possibility of having meals in the cabin with your family ».
Furthermore, for those who book and travel until 6 June for the Moby and Tirrenia routes to Sardinia, Sicily, Corsica and Elba Island, each passenger in the company of another paying adult or a boy between 4 and 11 years will have 100 % discount on the bridge passage fee (excluding taxes, fees and charges). And the possibility of changing the ticket for as many times as you want without penalties has been extended until 31 July for all those who book a ticket for Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica with Moby and Tirrenia. Or the possibility to “suspend” the ticket until 31 December 2022 and use it whenever you want. (Handle).
