Ferrari has reportedly tipped off the FIA to investigate the other manufacturers’ engines. That reports The Judge13.
At the end of the winter testing, the news suddenly emerged that Ferrari and the FIA had reached an agreement on the 2019 Ferrari engine, which was heavily under fire from the competition. The content of the agreement was not made public. However, the press release stated that the FIA and Ferrari would work together to better control the engines in the future.

Before the Grand Prix of Spain, the news came that the FIA had the party mode during qualifying. According to the medium, Ferrari has provided the FIA with information on how the different engine modes work and how you can get more out of your ERS during qualifying, without the sensors noticing.
The ban on qualifying mode goes according to The Judge13 the Mercedes engines hit the hardest and the stricter controls on the ERS system will hit Honda the hardest.
