Ferrari: higher gear in 2020 | Financial

Virtually all models of the automaker were more eagerly welcomed last year. The counter stopped at 10,131 cars delivered. That was 880 more than a year earlier. There were more than 20 percent more sales in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This was offset by lower sales in North and South America.

The sports cars together accounted for a turnover of almost 3.8 billion euros, representing 10 percent growth. Exchange rate effects helped boost revenues. Gross profit increased by 11 percent to 917 million euros. An amount of 699 million euros remained below the line.

For this year, Ferrari is counting on a turnover of at least 4.1 billion euros, whereas at least 3.8 billion euros was previously expected. The adjusted operating profit will be approximately 100 million euros higher than previously estimated.
