Ferdy Sambo’s brother becomes a witness in Eliezer’s congregation

Older brother Ferdi Sambo, Leonardo Sambo, became a witness in the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat. Leonardo will testify for the accused Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu.

At first, the jury read Leonardo’s identity. Then Leonardo answered.

“Leonardo Sambo?” asked President Wahyu Iman Santosa during a hearing at the South Jakarta District Court on Monday (10/31/2022).

“Hello, Your Majesty,” Leonard said.

After which the judge asked if there was a family relationship between Leonardo and Eliezer. Leonardo said no.

“Is there a family relationship? Asked the judge.

“Nothing,” Leonard replied.

Contacted separately, Ferdy Sambo’s attorney, Arman Hanis, confirmed that Leonardo Sambo was Ferdy Sambo’s older brother.

“Exactly,” he said.

Bharada And accused of premeditated murder

Previously, Bharada E had been accused along with Ferdy Sambo of the premeditated murder of Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat. Eliezer called knowingly and without hesitation shot Joshua.

“Those who did, who ordered to do and participated in the act, intentionally and with a plan in advance to take the lives of others,” said the prosecutor reading the indictment in the trial at the South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel), Tuesday (18/03) 10).

In this case, Eliezer was accused of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, a subsidiary of Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
