TIME.CO, Jakarta – Defendant in premeditated murder case, Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, Strong Ma’ruf confessed Freddy Sambo came to him while he was being interrogated by the Provos and tore up the record of the interrogation (BAI).
Fort Ma’ruf in a hearing in South Jakarta District Court today he said he was with Ricky Rizal and Richaed Eliezer taken to Provos and examined separately respectively.
“Can the brothers respond to this scenario?” asked Chief Justice Wahyu Iman Santoso.

“No, at first, because I had nothing, I answered everything, but only half of Mr. Sambo came. The document has been torn up,” Strong said during testimony with defendants Ricky Rizal and Richard Eliezer in the South Jakarta District Court on Monday, December 5, 2022.
The judge asked Strong which Provos member was examining him at the time to confirm Strong’s statement. However, Strong admitted he didn’t know the Provos staff.
“Who checked you out?” the judge asked.
“I don’t know the Provos,” Strong said.
“Provos, who is the Provos? Let’s call them now, is this brother’s statement true or not?” asked the judge.
“It’s good to be called by Your Majesty, let me be clear,” Strong said.
“What’s his name?” the judge asked again.
“I don’t know,” Strong said.
The audience at the trial laughed and clapped their hands loudly when they heard the answer from Strong Ma’ruf.
“How is this brother?” said the judge.
“I don’t know who checked me out,” Kuat said.
The judge said that if Strong Ma’ruf had made such a statement, then there would have been no 95 police officers who would have been tried under the code of ethics.
Strong Ma’ruf and Ricky Rizal became witnesses for defendant Richard Eliezer in today’s trial. The jury also inferred that Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma’ruf were deaf and blind because they had not seen or heard Ferdy Sambo ordering Richard to shoot Joshua. The two also admitted that they did not see Ferdy Sambo shoot Yosua.
Previously, Richard Eliezer stated that Ricky RIzal was very close when Sambo gave the order to shoot Yosua.
“That at such close range Ricky might be listening. But maybe they don’t want to talk, but it also depends on Bang Ricky,” Richard said in response to Ricky’s testimony in the South Jakarta District Court on Monday, December 5, 2022.
Ricky Rizal and Richard Eliezer became witnesses today in Yosua’s murder trial of defendant Strong Ma’ruf.
In his testimony, Ricky, who is also a defendant in this case, admitted that he had not listened to Sambo’s order to Richard when Joshua’s execution took place. The execution was carried out at Ferdy Sambo’s official residence at the Duren Tiga Police Compound. He claimed he only heard Joshua’s voice before he was executed.
