JAKARTA, KOMPAS.Television – Kamaruddin Simanjuntak suspects that the suspect, Ferdy Sambo, stole an ATM belonging to Brigadier J or Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat worth 200 million rupees.
Brigadier J’s lawyer exposed that there had been transactions from 4 of his client’s ATM accounts that experienced been sent to the account of 1 of the suspects.
“There are 4 accounts of the deceased staying checked or stolen by suspect Ferdy Sambo and his pals,” Kamaruddin advised National Law enforcement Headquarters, Jakarta, quoted by Tribunnews.comTuesday (16/8/2022).
“Mobile telephones, ATMs in four banking companies, ASUS branded laptops and so on are serious as I explained yesterday, involving PPATK, why is there a transaction when the person is useless?”
“It has been verified earlier, it is true what I stated that July 11, 2022 was nevertheless a transaction, the useless were being sending money,” he spelled out.
“Very well, can you consider the criminal offense? The useless, in this case the deceased, the income exchanged, sent funds to the account of a single of the suspects. Isn’t that magical? Well, that is Indonesia,” he explained.

Additionally, Kamaruddin also questioned law enforcement to examine allegations that Ferdy Sambo drained Brigadier Sambo’s ATM account value Rp. 200 million.
“Individuals are dead, but the money is flowing out of their accounts. Consider the banking crimes and this will require the banking companies afterwards. From the deceased’s account, Rp 200 million goes to the suspect,” he concluded.
As is recognized, Ferdy Sambo along with 3 other folks have been accused of the murder of Brigadier J.
