Family lawyer Ferdi Sambo, Febri Diansyah, explained the three phases of the murder case of Birgadir J or Brigadier Joshua. The three phases are the events phase, the lying phase and the law enforcement phase.
“Secondly, the scenario phase, some call it the dark phase, others call it the lie phase right, Our goal is to make it clear that there have been several actions, including the alleged role of our client in this phase, Febri said at a press conference on Wednesday (10/12/2022).
Febri then explained in more detail from the first to the third phase. You said that the first phase was the event in Rumah Magelang on 4 and 7 July 2022.

Febri said that after Sambo’s driver Strong Ma’ruf discovered Joshua’s suspicious behavior. Febri later explained the events at Saguling House.
Sambo, Febri said, was very excited when he heard the report from his wife, Putri Candrawati. Sambo then named Bripka Ricky and Bharada Richard Eliezer separately.
“Bripka Ricky and Bharada E saw Ferdy Sambo in an emotional state and cried,” he said. After that, it was rumored that Sambo wanted to go play badminton.
The incident continued to Duren Tiga’s home where Joshua was shot. Febri said Putri was self-isolating in a 1st floor room at the time.
“Ferdy Sambo suddenly told the driver (Yogi) to back off shortly after passing Duren 3 House. Sambo made it clear ‘Joshua’ about the Magelang accident,” he said.
Later, Febri said that Sambo ordered Bharada Richard to “beat” Joshua.
“But RE shot J,” Febri said.
Febri said at that moment Sambo panicked and ordered his aide to call an ambulance. Sambo then took Putri who was in the room.
“Hugging Putri’s mother’s face to avoid seeing the incident and ordering Brigadier Ricky to take Ibu Putri to Saguling House,” he said.

Febri then explained Phase 2, or the lying phase. Febri said Sambo panicked to take Joshua’s weapon that was on his life. Including the scene of the shooting on the wall of Duren Tiga’s house.
“FS asked ADC, Ibu Putri and other witnesses to call him as if the Magelang accident on July 7, 2022, took place at Duren Tiga House on July 8, 2022,” Febri said.
The next stage of the lies is related to the CCTV recovery process at the security post. Then Sambo’s question told the story to the investigators.
Febri then explained the third phase of Joshua’s murder case, which is the law enforcement phase. Ferdi said Sambo was sorry, very emotional and committed to cooperatively supporting the legal process.
“FS admits that the shooting scene was carried out at Duren Tiga’s home to save Bharada E,” Febri said.

Febri also said that Sambo had asked Bripka Ricky, Strong Ma’ruf and Putri to tell the truth about what had happened. This includes being named suspect and the file being transferred to the prosecutor’s office.
“We hope there is a clearer line between the fabrication or lies phase and the law enforcement phase,” Febri said.
