It took a little for everything to crash completely, during the performance of White-B, at the Armory. The arrival of his companions Lost and MB, of the 5Sans14 collective and of Souldia allowed him to put the train back on track.
When he arrived on the boards, a little five minutes late, the beats of the DJ did not work while it was believed that the rapper may be starting his performance with a version of To each his own story a capella. Lost, his companion from 5Sang14, whispered a few words in his ear to let him know.
The beats returned and the gig continued with Way of life. And there again, we felt uneasy. Cohesion was not at all there. DJ 6sixco wanted more noise. White-B added that there was enough, but he wanted more.

“I’m on the verge of breaking the bank,” launched, a few minutes later, the rapper who seemed destabilized by who knows what.
And it is with the arrival of Lost for P.R.M.F. that things suddenly started to take place. The service was launched and the Bye Bye, Blacklist, The Fool, “Rapped” with MB, another member of 5Sang14, Double Vision and Bando got good reactions from an audience who wanted to sing and have fun.
Petite excursion
One thing is certain, David “White-B” Bouchard-Sasseville rowed very hard for this second show presented since the start of the pandemic.
He did not hesitate to reshape the order of the songs initially planned. The arrival of Souldia, with The happiness of others, along with the voices of White-B, MB and Lost, was the highlight of the evening.

White-B even allowed himself a small excursion, without a mask, escorted by a security guard, in the large hall of the Armory.
“I had to come see you a bit to feel your warmth,” he said, on his return to the boards.
Bad Boys ended the performance of White-B.
“The gold record is in my room,” he said, before starting this piece which has received five million listenings on Spotify.

Then the tone changed with a Loud who had taken out the cavalry and a ton of decibels for his stint at the Quebec Summer Festival.
From the first notes of the intro, before Loud arrives on the boards, the bass tones, in the piton, made the walls resonate. And it continued with New rich, taken from his first album, sung by the crowd.
Accompanied by a DJ, Loud has put all the effort into this rare appearance in times of a pandemic. His second. Which didn’t appear at all. He delivered his “hip-hop” with conviction.
Around 10 p.m., after 30 minutes, it was very well started, with several guests, backstage, waiting to get on the boards.
The Armory edition of the Summer Festival ends Sunday evening with performances by Men I Trust and Geoffroy.
