Kyiv’s air defense took down 25 drones out of 32
Ukraine said its air defense systems had taken down 25 of the 32 Iranian-made Shahed drones launched by Russia at Kiev and the surrounding region. Reuters witnesses heard at least five explosions in Kiev, and Ukrainian media footage showed cars damaged.
“The drones arrived in the capital in groups and from different directions,” Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv city military administration, said on Telegram.
There are also Canadian and Spanish victims
A vehicle used by volunteers was hit in the Russian attack near the city of Khasiv Yar in the Donetsk region. Canada’s Anthony Ignat is dead, as is certainly Spain’s Emma Igual. My condolences to their family
– said the Ukrainian president in his nightly video.
Volodymyr Zelenskyi reported that two other volunteers – German citizen Ruben Mawick and Swedish citizen Johan Mathias – have been taken to Dnipro hospitals and are receiving the necessary medical care.
More than 13,000 people arrived in Hungary on Sunday
On September 10, 2023, 6,757 people entered the territory of Hungary at the Ukrainian-Hungarian border between midnight and midnight. Among those who entered the Romanian-Hungarian border section, 6,967 people declared that they came from Ukraine.
Among those admitted, the police issued temporary residence certificates to 113 people, which are valid for 30 days. Within this period, they must visit the office of the National Directorate General of Immigration, which is competent according to their place of residence, in order to obtain the final documents.
