A female killer whose body was found in a suitcase in Cikarang, Regency Bekasi was arrested in Palembang. The perpetrator and the victim with the initials RM (50) were recorded on CCTV at a hotel in Bandung district, West Java.
In CCTV footage obtained detikcom, Wednesday (1/5/2024), the perpetrator and the victim entered the hotel room at 09.51 WIB, Wednesday (24/4/2024). Then, at 18.39 WIB, the perpetrator left the room with a black briefcase.
“The suspect was recorded on CCTV at a hotel in Bandung, carrying a black suitcase,” Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Public Relations Chief Ade Ary Syam Indradi told reporters.
Before that, the AARN perpetrator was arrested by the Jatanras Sub-Director Joint Team, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya and Satreskrim Polres Metro Bekasi and West Cikarang Police and Satreskrim Poltabes Bandung. The perpetrator was arrested in Palembang.
“The perpetrator has been detained in Palembang, who is currently en route to Jakarta, and further investigation will be carried out,” he said.
Before that, the discovery of a body made residents in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, excited. The body was found in a black suitcase.
In the received picture detikcom, Thursday (25/4), the suitcase was seen lying in the bushes. The bag’s zipper was seen open and the victim’s body was visible inside. The discovery of the body in the suitcase was confirmed by the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Bekasi Metro Police, AKBP Gogo Galesung.
Later, the identity of the body was known, namely that the woman came from Bandung.
