ADVERTISING- A few hours before the restart of the electoral process for the grassroots elections (Regional Leagues and Executive Committee – COMEX), despite clear directives from the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), rumors have been deliberately spread against the 3 validated lists falsely assert that one of them could be excluded.
This approach, which comes from a brain with a fertile imagination, does not take into account reality when it comes to directives emanating directly from FIFA, which are both indisputable and non-contestable. In other words, FIFA will resume the process at the level where it was interrupted, with the same lists without taking into account these maneuvers aimed at perpetuating the current crisis. Believing that after registering on one of them and suddenly turning around would be enough to bring down a list is illusory, underline very well-informed sources. Strictly speaking, after the election, we can replace the “defaulters” – in case they persist in not fulfilling their obligations to the COMEX – without any consequences on the process itself. The letter summoning the statutory members to the elections has already been made public. Its content, in accordance with the wishes of FIFA, speaks for itself. In short, the COMEX elections will take place and they will pit the 3 validated lists against each other.
