The ‘Ort Henry Ronson’ school published a special Haggadah for Passover in memory of four graduates of the school who fell since October 7. “It’s a moving gesture that makes us realize that we are not forgotten,” said Sapir, the sister of Shaf Nissani Zacharam Labarcham.

Four graduates of the Ort Henry Ronson school have been killed since the 7/10 attack – Adi Ohana, Keshet Zohar, Lieutenant Shay Aili and the late Sergeant Shaf Nissani.

The school administration decided to commemorate them through a Passover Haggadah that was distributed to the teachers and employees of the school’s administration before the holiday. The brochures were also distributed to the bereaved families who were very moved by the gesture.

“The Haggadah is very beautiful and very moving. It’s another thing that makes you feel that they haven’t forgotten us,” said Sapir Nissani, sister of the late Shaf. “It’s not obvious. Not every school does this and the fact that they chose to commemorate her with the others is very exciting. My mother was also very, very moved by this gesture. There is nothing like the Ronson family.”

“The Haggadah is part of commemorative projects that take place all the time at the school,” said school principal Sharon Atlan. “The last year, when five fallen were added to the Henry Ronson family, obliges us to continue to commemorate them and strengthen the relationship with the bereaved families.”
