THE PAPILLES WORKSHOP

More than a bakery franchise, a network attentive and close to its franchisees, with nearly 30 stores located throughout France.

Every day, we offer our customers quality bread and tasty, exclusive and innovative recipes in a warm, friendly and comfortable setting.

1- Operation Valentine’s Day (February 10-14)

To increase the turnover of our stores, but also to increase our visibility and store traffic, we have set up two scratch games for Valentine’s Day.

A first took place within our stores: scratched? Won? Our client left instantly with the delicious strawberry pie we had made. The second in line invited them to come and pick it up at the store closest to them.

What did we like most about this operation?

This particularly simple and fun game delighted our customers and allowed us to get closer to them.

2- The Easter operation (April 6 to 13)

While we were confined, L’atelier Papilles took advantage of Easter to promote its values ​​of daring, proximity, commitment and excellence. In order to strengthen our ties with our customers, our fellow citizens and brighten up all of our daily lives, we suggested that children color one or more flyers representing an Easter egg. Once their design was finalized, they then adorned the windows of our stores. At the end of the operation, each of our points of sale then selected one at random and offered its apprentice artist a box of 6 nicely decorated chocolate eggs.

What did we like most about this operation?

We enjoyed spreading smiles and spreading a little joy in these difficult times. Our points of sale have become ramparts in the face of COVID 19, a place of exchange, sharing and social ties.

3- Launch of summer (May) and winter (November) cards

Once again this year, we have imagined two specific menus, adapted not only to the seasons, but also to the desires and culinary trends of our customers.

A- The summer card

A summer menu with seasonal products and daring recipes! The opportunity for our customers to enjoy poke bowls or wraps with fresh, exotic and gourmet flavors with our recipes with gyosas, salmon, vegetables… or even our chicken-mango wraps. Mixed salads, pizzas, but also two salmon sandwiches, pan bagnats, or even ham and emmental tacos…. were designed for our customers in a hurry. Each season, we strive to offer a varied, tailor-made offer, designed for each of our customers in order to satisfy each of their desires.

B- The winter card

Warm comforting dishes, melted cheese, flavors that remind us of our memories of yesteryear… Our winter menu has plenty of surprises in store with the development of nearly 40 new references and in particular 4 star products! First of all, our conchiglie with crayfish to feast on a good tasty dish of pasta! But also, a clever mix of childhood and simplicity with our pepperonni pancake, or a reminder of the rays of the summer sun with our poké bowls falafels. Not to mention our old-style pressed beef sandwich with traditional flavors reminiscent of our grandmothers’ stewed dishes. Innovation and trend: these are the secrets of L’atelier Papilles cards!

What did we like most about this operation?

We loved crafting these tasty recipes with each of our customers in mind. Imagine how we could satisfy all cravings with innovative and quality products, whatever the time of day.

4- Solidarity operations: Share your smile (from June 19 to July 17) and the Hanging Baguette (since September)

A committed brand, L’atelier Papilles tends to spread its values ​​and convictions. This is why this year we have imagined two unprecedented solidarity operations in order to spread a little happiness and to help the most disadvantaged.

A- The “Share your smile” operation

At L’Atelier Papilles, we want to share good humor and the joy of living! This is why, to mark the launch of our new summer 2020 catering menu, we have created 4 smiles, bearing the effigy of our 4 star products.

We invited all of our customers to take a photo of themselves with one of these smiles and share it on social media using the hashtag #ShareTonSourire. Each week, we drew lots for the winners to offer them L’atelier Papilles menus. At the end of the game, a big national winner won the sum of € 2,000, to be shared with a committed association!

B- The operation “The hanging rod”

During the lockdown period related to COVID-19, all our franchisees have shown kindness and solidarity, values ​​that are fully part of our network. We therefore wanted to go even further in September by launching the “Suspended Baguette” operation in all of our stores.

The principle: allow customers to buy an additional baguette and put it on hold. The store doubles this generous donation. These chopsticks are then redistributed to an association or to people in need coming to the store.

What did we like most about this operation?

With these two operations, we are particularly proud to have contributed to bringing a little happiness in the daily life of our fellow citizens who needed it most.

5 – End-of-year events: Operation Christmas and Operation Epiphany

The end of the year remains an important moment for L’atelier Papilles. Yule logs and galettes des rois are essentials in our bakeries. This is the perfect time to offer new pastries and surprise our customers.

1- The Christmas Operation:

To celebrate Christmas in all indulgence, our R&D department has imagined 5 logs with fruity and gourmet flavors. From the exotic log, to that with 3 chocolates, through vanilla and red fruits, intense chocolate and caramel pear, we have developed tasty recipes to meet the tastes and expectations of our customers. Because at L’atelier Papilles, we know that desires of escape and thrills are easily mixed with the desire for warmth and comfort, it is a wide variety of quality products that we have offered.

More than bold recipes that meet our customers’ expectations, we have set up two operations to promote our Yule logs, generate in-store traffic and strengthen ties with our community: a digital advent calendar and a competition game animated our points of sale and delighted our customers throughout the month!

What did we like most about this operation?

We especially liked our advent calendar which allowed us to share recipes, tips, commitment and of course a little humor.

2- Operation Epiphany:

To start the year off right, we have devised a tailor-made operation to introduce as many people as possible to our delicious pancakes and brioches! A cake or a brioche bought? The second at half price! No reason not to try our traditional almond frangipane or our candied fruit brioche! Or to be more daring and discover our raspberry and apple galette des rois or our orange blossom brioche!

Testing each of these king’s pancakes and brioches was also for our customers, maximizing their chances of collecting our “6 fèves engagement” and perhaps winning 1,000 euros! Each of these beans was a pretext for fun with family or friends. Each of them was unique and presented challenges related to eco-responsibility, equality, solidarity, health… A fun way of spreading our values ​​and raising awareness of our positive impact approach.

Animation in store, but also online! On each local Facebook page, a “jackpot” type game has been created: if, by operating the lever, 3 pancakes appeared, it was won.

What did we like most about this operation?

We particularly liked our committed beans and the actions taken by our customers as a result.
