Fedun turned to the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, supporting the detained Spartak fans – Football

The owner of Spartak Leonid Fedun wrote a letter in support of the detained fans of the club.

Fedun turned to the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexander Gorovoy. In his letter, Fedun noted that “the action of the fans was aimed solely at supporting their favorite team”, and their actions “did not pose a public danger”.

Recall that the police detained about 70 Spartak fans after the fire show, which the fans arranged before the team left for Tula for the match of the 23rd RPL round.

It was reported that during the searches, fans threatened real terms, referring to the second part of the 213th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to it, fans can face up to 7 years in prison.

A criminal case was opened against Spartak fans after a fire show. The club intervened for them, and the players will pay fines.
