(ANSA) – TRIESTE, OCTOBER 19 – “An important event, ennobled by the presence of the President of the Republic, as well as by various ministers and representatives of the institutions, who will discuss crucial topics for the future of the country. This edition of ‘Italy of the Regions‘, in fact, addresses strategic development issues, such as the digital revolution and green, but also the distances that divide our territories”. This is how governor Massimiliano Fedriga defines the third edition of ‘Italy of the Regions’ which will take place in Bari from tomorrow 20 October to Tuesday 22 October, and in which he will also participate as president of the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces. The theme of the works is ‘The Region of the future between digital and green: what skills to eliminate the distances?’. Fedriga will speak tomorrow with the opening speech; on Monday 21st in the morning he will participate, with, among others, the Minister of Health Orazio Schillaci, in the panel ‘Let’s eliminate the distances: artificial intelligence between opportunities and risks’; on Tuesday 22nd, at the end of the event, he will deliver the closing speech accompanying the handover between the Puglia Region and the Veneto Region which will organize the next edition of the event in 2025.
