Federation must give more resources to Baja California on the migrant issue, said former consul

Tijuana, Baja California.- The constant arrival of migrants to Baja California, mainly to Tijuana, should be taken as a matter of interest due to the impact it generates in the city, said the former Mexican consul in Los Angeles, Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Gonzalez.

Given this scenario, the UABC professor also said that the federation should be asked to recognize Baja California as an entity that attends to the migratory phenomenon, for which a greater resource is necessary. He stressed that Tijuana is a product of national migration, but also of international migration.
