(hh) In the government draft, expenditure of 83.79 billion DM (1999: 85.85 billion DM) was planned for this individual plan. These expenses were reduced by a further 23.45 million DM during parliamentary deliberations. As planned in the government draft, net borrowing was set at 49.5 billion DM.
The expenditure is distributed around 78.5 billion DM (1999: 81.46 billion DM) on debt service, which is expected to be almost 3 billion DM less next year than the current year. Revenue is said to be DM 3.52 billion lower than this year (
