Germany’s top judges have drawn a verbose Würzburg boundary. The man had insulted judicial officers on his internet blog.
A day after the reform to combat hate online more effectively, the Federal Constitutional Court made it clear in a Würzburg case: Not every criticism of judicial officers can be excused by freedom of expression, the focus is on a man who sees himself as a victim of a conspiracy because the judiciary does not do what he wants: to force him to deal with his daughter, which his former partner has prevented since the daughter was born until today. He has been fighting it unsuccessfully for 17 years ?? and publicly attacks everyone he blames for it.
