- Don’t just download apps or click on links sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
- Verify the authenticity of the phone/SMS/WhatsApp by contacting the company’s official call centre
- Only download official apps from official sources (official company website, App Store, Play Store)
- Enable account transaction notifications
- Check your account history regularly
- Change your passwords regularly
- Do not use public Wi-Fi for financial transactions.
