How to collect your winnings from FDJ EuroMillions?

If you were lucky and guessed the correct combination of EuroMillions numbers, some or all of them, you now have some winnings to collect. If you played in an FDJ point of sale, three scenarios are available to you to get your hands on your jackpot:

  • if you have won 30,000 euros or less, you simply have to go to an FDJ point of sale with your game receipt
  • if you have won between 30,001 and 499,999 euros, you will have to go to an FDJ payment center, always with your game receipt
  • if you have won 500,000 euros or more, you will need to contact customer service on 09 69 63 60 60. The latter will put you in touch with the Grands Gagnants service, which will take over to support you.

If you played on fdj.fr or via the FDJ mobile application, everything happens online, via your account.
