“FDA warns against excessive carbohydrate consumption during exercise”

And she noted that the need for carbohydrates should be taken into account according to the type of exercise for each person, according to the recommendation of a nutritionist or a specialist doctor, with the consumption of an ample amount of water when using complementary foods for athletes that contain a high percentage of protein and carbohydrates, and it is preferable to eat natural sources of food supplement to cover daily requirement.
