More bad luck in one position is not possible: FC Winterthur will have to do without Jozef Pukaj for several weeks. Now Markus Kuster, who was only recently committed, moves into the goal.
Jozef Pukaj will not be available to FC Winterthur for a long time. The goalie is out due to a broken nose, the mandatory break will last a few weeks. Pukaj sustained the injury in Wednesday’s friendly against Flora Tallinn.
Luckily, Winterthur only recently improved the goalie position and brought the clubless Markus Kuster to the shooter. All of a sudden, he is the new number 1, after Pukaj and Timothy Fayulu have been injured for a few weeks.
FC Winterthur relies on Kuster this Sunday (2:15 p.m.) in the tough away game against BSC Young Boys. U21 keeper Armin Abaz will sit on the bench.
