‘FC Twente reports to PSV for a surprising rental deal’

FC Twente hopes Michal Sadilek to rent from PSV. According to the Eindhovens Dagblad, the Tukkers have a chance of the arrival of the 22-year-old Czech, but there is competition from Sparta Prague.

Sadilek was a substitute this summer during the European Championship match between the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. The midfielder is described as a ‘top reinforcement’ for Twente. PSV is open to a rental deal, presumably with an option to buy. Sadilek’s contract expires in mid-2022 in the Philips Stadium, but the people of Eindhoven have the option to extend it for a year.

Sadilek is also open to a switch to De Grolsch Veste, says it ED. He will probably quickly cut the knot between Twente and Sparta Prague. Last season, the little Czech played on a rental basis for Slovan Liberec in his homeland. There he grew into a mainstay and earned a spot in the European Championship selection.

His prospects for PSV are nevertheless limited. Sadilek has to tolerate Ibrahim Sangaré, Marco van Ginkel and Davy Pröpper in the pecking order, among others. Just like Pablo Rosario and Sadilek, Erick Gutiérrez can also leave. The people from Brabant are therefore still considering reinforcement.
