FC St. Gallen is testing against FC Winterthur on the Gündenmoos. The game offers plenty of entertainment – and ends with a score of 5:5.

Already in the 2nd minute the green-whites take the lead through a curious goal by Kwadwo Duah. Winterthur’s goalkeeper Spiegel wants to knock the ball away, but Duah slides in and scores the 1-0 lead.

Three goals within 18 minutes

FC Winterthur reacts to the early deficit. After an attack by the guests, Watkowiak can still fend off at first. However, Volkart is ready and can insert the margin in the 12th minute.

Almost eight minutes later, Nuhu causes a foul in the box. Buess takes the penalty and delivers it confidently in the top right corner.

FC St.Gallen are catching up

Goal spectacle on the Gündenmoos

FC Winterthur got off to a better start after the break. After a wonderful pass from Diaby behind the defence, Ballet netted to take the lead again. However, this only lasts three minutes. After a through ball from Besio, Schubert equalized again to make it 4:4.

After a convincing start by FC Winterthur, FC St.Gallen took control of the game. After a foul on the edge of the penalty area, Staubli adjusts the ball. With his right foot, he sinks the ball in the left corner to lead the green-whites.

In the 82nd minute, Lovisa from FC Winterthur reacted the quickest to Ballet’s shot on the post. This is the end of the goal spectacle.
