FC Red Bull Salzburg are sending Raphael Hofer on loan to FC Blau-Weiss Linz.
The 20-year-old midfielder has signed a loan contract with the Bundesliga promoted team until the end of next season. Just recently, 19-year-old Lukas Ibertsberger was loaned to the WAC for a year (all information >>>).
Hofer joined the Red Bull Academy in 2017 and went through all the youth levels before moving to FC Liefering in the summer of 2021. The ÖFB U21 team player played 38 second division games for the Salzburg cooperation club, recording three goals and three assists.
Schoestwendter sees Hofer loan as “recognition for us”
