FC Porto’s SAD settled Passion Sports Management SAS, the company that represents Luis Díaz, the overdue debt, in the amount of 2,682,144.36 euros, which was already in execution. The action filed by that company in the Judicial Court of the District of Porto was no longer included this Monday on the Citius portal.
In this application of procedural management in the Judicial Courts of Portugal, the action filed by Global Consulting Agency Ag. is still maintained, worth 869,243.52 euros.
It should also be noted, regarding this matter, that, in a statement issued last Saturday, the SAD led by Pinto da Costa noted that «it is not true that FC Porto has outstanding debts with the agents Passion Sports Management SAS and Global Consulting Agency Ag».
