FC Nordsjaelland Rejects Stade Reims’ First Offer for Ghanaian Winger Ernest Nuamah

FC Nordsjaelland have rejected Stade Reims’ first offer for talented Ghanaian winger Ernest Nuamah.

The striker is highly courted by several European clubs. Reims and Ajax are in tough competition to secure the services of the Ghanaian.

The French club presented an initial offer of 18 million euros which was rejected by the leaders of the Danish Superliga, the club demands more for their player.

Nordsjaelland wants just over 20 million euros, or around 150 to 200 million Danish kroner for the Ghanaian nugget.

He would thus become the club’s record transfer after fellow Ghanaian Kamladeen Sulemana, who joined Rennes State in 2021 for 20 million euros.

Ajax are yet to make an official offer for the 19-year-old and a Premier League side are also interested.

Nuamah got off to a great start in the Danish Superliga scoring four goals and providing one assist in three matches. He was named Player of the Month and Young Player of the Month for July following his impressive start to the season.
