Hoeneß expects whereabouts
The Bayern star Robert Lewandowski, who was willing to emigrate, has added poker to his move. “I’m leaving because I want to have more emotions in my life,” the world footballer affirmed in the Polish podcast “Provincial Kędzierski“ his change request. The money does not play a role in the intended transfer.

Poland’s national team captain and his advisor Pini Zahavi recently said that Bayern Munich was over for Lewandowski. The attacker is said to be aiming for a move to FC Barcelona. Lewandowski stressed that he was only considering an option without confirming the Catalans’ interest. “I leave my friends, with some of them I spent eight years, we saw each other every day, we spent time together. These are real friendships, ”said the attacker.

Lewandowski once again criticized the lack of appreciation on the part of Munich, talks about an extension should never have progressed. “They didn’t want to listen to me to the end. Something in me is extinguished. And it’s impossible to ignore. Even if you want to be professional, you can’t make it up to you,” said the 33-year-old, who is hoping for a joint solution.

Long here!
“When you’ve been at the club for so many years, always been ready, made yourself available, gave everything despite injuries and pain, then I think the best thing is to find a good solution for both sides. And not to look for a unilateral decision. That makes no sense. Not after such a long time,” said Lewandowski. “I could understand if I had played here for two to four years, but after such a successful career and my willingness and support, that loyalty and respect is probably more important here than this deal.”
Honorary President Hoeneß expects Lewandowski to remain at Bayern
Bayern Honorary President Uli Hoeneß had previously stated that he assumed Lewandowski would stay. “I think the new team is being worked on very intensively, and if everything comes up that you presented to me this week, then I see a good chance that we will have an attractive team next year – with Robert Lewandowski,” said the 70-year-old told the TV station “Sport1“.
The former club president advocated urging the star striker to fulfill his contract, which runs until June 30, 2023, if there is no replacement for the Bundesliga record scorer. “And then you have to see whether he’ll go on a free transfer next year or maybe even be extended again, nobody knows that,” said Hoeneß.

For Lewandowski, a change ban would be ungrateful behavior and send the wrong signal to potential newcomers. “And what for? What footballer wants to come to Bayern when he knows that something like this can happen to him? Where is the loyalty and respect?” asked Lewandowski when asked about the scenario. “I’ve always been ready, I’ve had an amazing eight years here, I’ve met so many amazing people and I want it to be remembered that way.”
