FC Bayern Munich is keeping an eye out for reinforcements. Is a goalscorer from Italy an option on Säbener Straße?

Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur remains the preferred candidate, but whether a transfer of the English international to FC Bayern Munich is really realistic will only become clear in the coming weeks. Hasan Salihamidzic has to look around for alternatives and could possibly have found what he was looking for in Italy. The German record champion has been associated with Dusan Vlahovic for some time. The Italian online portal Tuttomercatoweb now reports that there are two interested parties for the attacker: Manchester United and FC Bayern.
FC Bayern Munich: Vlahovic an alternative?
Juventus Turin currently has big problems. Financially, things are anything but good at the Italian top club and there is also a risk of a fiasco in sport. The traditional club was deducted 15 points by the FIGC sports court for accounting fraud, which throws the club far back in the Serie A table. Qualification for the Champions League is excluded via the league. Only by winning the Europa League title could the “old lady” still qualify for the premier class in the coming season.
Vlahovic switched from Fiorentina to Juventus in January last year for over 80 million euros, and due to Juve’s financial problems, the Serb could now be below market value. The Italian giants need to generate revenue from player sales in the summer and Vlahovic is a possible exit. It is very questionable whether FC Bayern Munich will actually put a high double-digit million amount on the table for the 22-year-old.
