FC Bayern is launching a new documentary! As the German record champions announced on Thursday, they produced a six-part documentary to mark the 10th anniversary of their Champions League victory at London’s Wembley in 2013 against Borussia Dortmund.
The Generation Wembley documentary will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video from October 20th. The series is intended to document the path of the record champions to the first treble win in the club’s history, in which numerous greats such as Bastian Schweinsteiger, Philipp Lahm, Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben will also be seen.
In addition, companions and opponents such as Alex Ferguson, Hans-Joachim Watzke or José Mourinho describe their view of the German record champions. “With this documentary, we want to take the fans on a special journey through time to unique moments in the history of FC Bayern ten years later,” explained Bayern Munich’s media director Stefan Mennerich.
“This series is a further step for our club’s own production and content area. We want to produce and offer even more high-quality documentaries for our fans in the future.”
