When it comes to salaries, FC Bayern keeps pace with the largest clubs in Europe. According to UEFA, the Munich team is in sixth place in the ranking of the highest salary expenses in Europe.
FC Bayern has been the leading financial force in the Bundesliga for years, which is reflected in the player salaries. According to the DFL, the club’s expenses in the 2023/24 financial year amounted to around 416 million euros, with the majority of this going to the salaries of the professionals.
FC Bayern Munich: Harry Kane currently earns the most
Harry Kane tops the salary table for Bayern players. The striker from England earns 24 million euros per year, well ahead of his teammates. In second place are Manuel Neuer, Leroy Sané and Joshua Kimmich, who each receive 20 million euros per season.
In the defensive department, central defender Minjae Kim is at the top. The South Korean earns 17 million euros a year, narrowly surpassing his teammate Dayot Upamecano, who has an annual salary of 16 million euros.
FC Bayern Munich: How much does Jamal Musiala earn?
Jamal Musiala is one of the most important players at FC Bayern. He currently earns nine million euros a year and is therefore in the lower part of the salary table for the record champions.
But that could soon change. According to Sky, the 21-year-old will earn 25 million per season in the future, which would push Harry Kane off the top of the payroll. Negotiations are currently underway between Musiala and FC Bayern, who absolutely want to keep him.
