Munich – FC Bayern * is nailing its heads despite the Corona crisis. A few weeks ago, Hansi Flick was given a head coach contract. Shortly afterwards, the contract with Thomas Müller was extended until 2023 – and now the Bavarians are following suit.
Alphonso Davies signs a new, long-term contract on Säbener Straße. His original paper had run until 2023, the new one is now valid until 2025. The record champion announced on Monday evening on Twitter.
Davies won a regular position as left-back under Hansi Flick this season and played 21 games in the Bundesliga. “I am very happy that FC Bayern * and Alphonso are committed in the long term,” enthuses sports director Hasan Salihamidzic of the youngster: “With its speed, enthusiasm and professional attitude, Alphonso is an ideal fit for our team. It is also a human benefit.
