FC Barcelona against Real Madrid – it doesn’t get any bigger in Spanish football. On Saturday the two arch-rivals will meet in the first Clásico of the season. It starts at 4.15 p.m. in the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, Barça’s home during the renovation of the Camp Nou.
In keeping with the cracker against Los Blancos, the Blaugrana players are particularly dressed up: they wear a special jersey with a distinctive logo in the Clásico.

Why does FC Barcelona have a tongue on the jersey?
The outstretched tongue on the FC Barcelona jersey for the game against Real Madrid is the logo of the English rock band The Rolling Stones. The campaign is part of the club’s jersey and stadium sponsorship deal with music streaming service Spotify. Robert Lewandowski, Marc-André ter Stegen and Co. usually wear the Spotify logo on their shirts.
Barcelona officially announced the special jersey promotion last week. It is a tribute to the Stones, who released “Hackney Diamonds”, their first studio album after an 18-year break, on October 20th. It is the 24th studio album by the group fronted by Mick Jagger.

In the 2022/23 season, Barcelona already appeared with a special jersey in both Clásicos: The owl logo of the rapper Drake was seen on the front of the famous Blaugrana jerseys in the first leg. And in the second leg they decided to promote the album “Motomami” by the singer Rosalia.
How much does the FC Barcelona jersey with the tongue cost?
The special jersey with the Rolling Stones logo is only available in the official Barça fan shop and on the club’s website. The shirt has a proud price and costs 399.99.
