FC Barcelona sells Nico González. The midfielder will go to FC Porto, reports Toni Juanmartí.
Nico González is a FC Barcelona alumnus who spent last season on loan at Valencia. There he did not make a great sensation, although in a few meetings he showed himself from a really good side.
After this period, he returned under the baton of Xavi, but he will not stay there for long.
There have been advanced talks about his future in recent weeks and it looks like he will change colors soon.
According to the information provided by Toni Juanmartí, the new team of the 21-year-old will be FC Porto.
The central midfielder is to join this team not on loan, but on a permanent transfer. Under the agreement, the team from the capital of Catalonia can count on earnings of up to ten million euros.
It should be noted, however, that Barcelona reserve the right to buy the player.
Nico González is a Spanish under-21 international who made 26 appearances last season, in which he had a goal and an assist.
The contract with the national champion was supposed to run until June 30, 2026.
