Artist Fay Wildhagen (29) was seen by thousands of Norwegians on the television screen as she fought to the final “71 Degrees North – Norway’s Toughest Celebrity” i 2021.
Aside from his television participation, Wildhagen is known for his musical career and has been, among other things, three times nominated for Spellemannprisen in three different categories.
One might therefore think that the artist is used to a lot of attention.
In the last episode of the podcast to Christine Dancke (38), however, Wildhagen admits there was a little too much attention after the recording of “71 degrees north – Norway’s toughest stardom”.

– I felt it was a little too much, so it was nice to take a step back. For me, it was a crown project that was great to be involved in when nothing happened. It was really only when we got home that I thought, “My God, it’s going to go on TV,” the artist candidly tells Dancke.
Wildhagen explains that she wasn’t sure she remembered what happened in the program. She was therefore afraid that new episodes of the program would arrive on TV every week.
– I had to drink two beers every time it aired just to relax. You shouldn’t use alcohol for this sort of thing, but I just had to relax.

Increase the quality of life
Wildhagen took retirement seriously. She the artist has currently moved to Valdres where she deals with the construction of furniture and earthmoving.
In the podcast, the artist makes no secret of the fact that she has fun in the mountains and admits that the change in lifestyle has been healthy for her.
– Valdres’s goal was to increase the quality of life, one and only, and to be a place I want, says the artist.
Dagbladet has been in contact with Fay Wildhagen’s manager, Mona Olsen, who states that Wildhagen has been told what he wanted in the podcast and therefore does not wish to elaborate further.

Break
Last winter the news came that the relationship between Wildhagen and Silje Nordnes (37) it was over.
The breach only became publicly known about a year after it occurred. Wildhagen said afterwards VG that he was happy about it because it had been very painful to talk about it when the breakup happened.

Silje Nordnes also did not hide the fact that the break with Wildhagen was tough.
– I knew that I would have to endure my third public violation, a defeat that is not mine alone, since everyone can see that I have failed again and again, Nordnes said in an extensive interview with The newspaper Magazine.
