WASHINGTON – After Monday’s mega outage, there were again technical problems worldwide on Friday evening with Facebook and the company’s chat services, such as WhatsApp and Messenger, and with the Instagram platform and Workplace. Tens of thousands of ‘incidents’ were reported in a short time on the Downdetector website, which monitors malfunctions. After several hours, Facebook said the issue had been resolved for users who were unable to access the services.
